Refund policy

Returns
Due to current global health conditions, we do not accept returns at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and remedy the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like face coverings and custom items. Likewise, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your item, pending item availability. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.  To request an exchange, please email info@thepinksweatshop.com and include your order number, full name, contact information and reason for exchange. We will respond to approve or deny the request and provide any next steps.
